Key initiatives included designing new e-commerce tools that transformed a largely paper-based quoting and ordering system into a fully digital process that took only minutes to complete. PAST WORK
Samepage Health, a startup based in Seattle, WA, hired me to develop and implement their digital strategy. I designed a responsive website and four responsive behavior modification tools toward this goal.
Designed a native iOS app for managing appointments that included identifying issues interactively, prioritizing, scheduling and tracking. See case studies to learn more.
Interviewed stakeholders and used site analytics to understand current user patterns. Delivered an expert review of the site, wireframes and visual design to help them create a more engaging site.
Researched the competitive landscape, developed a strategy document, wireframes, then performed A/B testing to gauge reaction to the new ideas versus their current path.
The challenge was to design an interactive iPod Selector to run on Apple's retail channel sites such as Amazon, Best Buy, Staples, and others. Included HD product videos and animation up front to show colors.
Worked to ensure an easy to use in-store touchscreen application to help maritimers quickly understand which combination of devices were best for them based on their sport, locale and usage.
As VP of Interacitve at Vendaria Media, I designed an interactive showcase for LG's 52 Series monitor. The design utilized large HD imagery to best illustrate the value of the large screen monitors. I collaborated with client, an animation designer and engineers.
I served as Vendaria's VP of Interactive, overseeing video production and conceptualizing and designing interactive presentations including product finders. Shown above is the updated website I designed that showcased interactive product selectors and HD product videos for clients that included: Apple, Bosch, Home Depot, Staples, Intuit, Miele, Panasonic, Walmart and others.
